  I was a delivery driver for this company, sears itself is a good company, but the man who run the delivery teams (subcontractor) is terrible. If yo I order anything from sears to be delivered, he will screw you over, in many cases while I was working there he dropped deliveries just because he wanted to go home and drink. So don’t get deliveries from sears. The mans name is Todd Williams. If you do get delivery from them. Remember that if it’s Todd, you will have a terrible experience and most likely your item will not be installed or he will break it. He owes me money and is trying to steal my check from me as I type this. He is bending his own contract laws for the subcontractors underneath him (me) so he can complete his vendetta against me. Just know I worked there and this is first hand experience from me. I am not bashing sears or his company. Just informing all who decide to get delivery you will end up disappointed and or angry.
